Records foreground camera video through sercrod.video_capture.

The browser adapter uses getUserMedia() and MediaRecorder. Stop returns a Blob, File, and Object URL result. HTTPS (or localhost), user activation, and camera permission are required.

Video capture does not edit, concatenate, re-encode, compose-export, save, upload, persist, implement WebRTC, or record in the background.
