The adapter may use Web Share API, Capacitor Share, or a project bridge. When no share backend is available, it returns false and the directive dispatches sercrod-share-fallback. Results are written to $share and placed with *response when present. Sharing does not save, upload, navigate, persist data, or write to the clipboard.
